Sundry things

Cool shot of the mist rising up on our back fence as it comes rolling across the field (photo by Anthony).

Anna says, "BOO!" in her nifty Halloween dress. Thanks, Auntie Steph!

It was my wonderful mother's birthday yesterday. My sisters said such kind and eloquent things about her, I was in awe and had nothing more to add. But, I do hope I always look as great as she, at 40, at 50, and now unbelievably vibrant at 60!

OOHH!! Anna is so spooky in her new dress. I showed Cole and he said Anna looks like a "Pumpkin, Pirate, Ghoul school girl" Spooky!" You need to crop her in front of the fog rising from behind the fence and it would be even better.

That "mist" was the water vapor gasing out of the fence. It had rained the night before and it was a really cool, clear morning (for Texas anyway). The sun hit the fence and it heated up very quickly compared to everything around it producing the steam, er mist.

So glad Anna loves her dress. As you might guess, Paigie has a matching one. We appreciated our vm from sweet Anna when we returned home, too.
